Overview
As a product designer, I have always adopted the view that I am the channel by which users make their voice known. On a recent project because of the high sensitive nature of the work, we were unable to discuss with users improvements to their experiences on a government website.
So I made a very quick tool that can audit an existing user experience by selecting one of five personas. To run an audit, add a url, select a user and give it a task. The tool with send the AI to run through the website and return a user experience report.
